1. Q: Will the LED wheels pass my country’s safety tests?
A: Yes. Every batch is pre-tested to EN 71, ASTM F963 and CPSIA. We provide the full test report with your shipment; no extra cost.
2. Q: Can I change the LED color, logo and packaging?
A: Absolutely. MOQ 300 pairs per colour-way. LED (7 fixed colours or RGB app), logo (heat-transfer or woven label), and full-colour retail box are all customizable in 5-7 days sample time.
3. Q: How fast can you deliver 10,000 pairs to Amazon FBA?
A: 25-30 days production + 15 days sea freight to US West. We pre-pack in 6-pair cartons, label each with your FNSKU, palletize and book the AMZ delivery window—no middle logistics.
4. Q: What happens if shoes arrive damaged?
A: We include 0.3 % spare pairs free of charge. Any defect over 0.3 % is refunded or replaced in the next order; video proof + photos within 7 days of delivery.
5. Q: Do you offer design help for first-time buyers?
A: Yes. Our 15-person R&D team supplies free tech-packs, 3-D mock-ups and barcode artwork. You approve the sample; we handle the rest—no hidden design fees.
